I am a Fareham based therapist that is passionate about working with clients to help gain an understanding of their experiences and behaviours. Often people are trapped in negative thought cycles, intrusive and unwanted thoughts may cloud everyday life and the ability to function with clarity.

I offer a compassionate yet straightforward, approach to help you face life's challenges. Bringing a modern take to tried and tested methods to provide tools and guidance needed to move forward with confidence.

I also am a great sounding board and understand the importance of offloading. Family and friends through love, care and the best intentions, tend to try and fix the problem and sometimes it's nice to just be listened to in a non-judgemental and compassionate setting.

I graduated  from the University of Portsmouth and Southampton City College with a Diploma in Person-Centred Therapy & a Bachelors of Science  (Hons) in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
